Deliveries
When
ordering please specify one of the following freight options on the "Review
Order" page
Freight Prices include
packing costs, insurance and delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
only. No Deliveries are made on Public Holidays.
Deliveries are generally made during office hours. Please note that we
cannot accept a specific delivery time. (e.g. 3.30pm)
All our gift baskets
are all made and shipped out of our Gold Coast factory using reputable
courier companies. We rely on these companies to make the deliveries on
our behalf.
Every effort is made to deliver your gift basket on your preferred day but due to circumstances outside of our control this is not always possible.
Where possible please supply a business address for deliveries.
Deliveries to PO Box will be made via Australia Post "regular service". Please note that delivery cost and delivery time may be increased. Australia Post cannot deliver on a specific day for delivery, unfortunately the "parcel arrives when it arrives".
Note: The delivery time frames listed below may differ due to unforeseen reasons, some outlying metro suburbs may not be serviceable in the displayed time frames. We make the greatest efforts to have our gift baskets and hampers delivered on time but please check with our office if your gift has to be delivered on a certain day.
If you authorise us to leave a gift basket at the delivery address without a signature we cannot be held responsible for it thereafter.
2 day delivery means the parcel travels for 2 days and is delivered on the third day, i.e. a gift ordered before cutoff time on Monday would be delivered Wednesday. |
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the information below.

Substitution of Products
In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product with another similar item. We do guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full.
Once an order have been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.
How To Order
1) Choose the type of gift basket you are looking for from the categories on the left hand side.
2) Choose the gift basket which appeals to you and either go directly to the check out by press on the "Purchase" button or press the "More Info" button to find out more information on this gift basket.
3) If you have pressed on "More Info" click on "Purchase" to purchase the gift basket or simply repeat step 1 and 2 to choose another.
4) Clicking on "Purchase" takes you to the review order page where you can view a summary of your purchase and choose your preferred freight option. To proceed to the payment page click on the "Checkout" button. To purchase another product click on "Buy Now"
5) Next - Fill in your details and the recipients details and proceed to the payment page.
Use of personal Information
Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.
Your email address will be added to our newsletter database if you have chosen the option to our receive newsletter on the checkout page. Our newsletter is sent approximately 4 to 6 times a year and includes new products, specials and upcoming events. To unsubscribe click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be automatically removed.
Office Hours and Weekend Orders
Our office and call center hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Queensland time Monday to Friday.
Our office is closed on Public Holidays.
If all our phones are busy you will be diverted directly to an answering machine. As soon as one of our representatives is available, we will call you back. We understand that your time is too valuable to be waiting on hold.
All calls made outside business hours will also be diverted to an answering machine.
Online orders placed after 4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Sale of Liquor
Under the Liquor act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
All baskets containing liquor must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
A basket containing liquor cannot be requested to be left on the premises in no one is home.
